We are proud agents of the exemplary craftsmanship and sterling reputation of Bob Corsetti's Peerless Reels. These reels are based on classic styles, so they are perfect on both bamboo and contemporary synthetic rods. Machined from bar stock with a smooth and drag and click.The bearings are oil impregnated bronze and both the click and pawl are stainless steel. Straight or serpentine counterweighted handles, except for Model 77(shown above). These reels are reversible and come with a soft zippered carry pouch and a limited lifetime warranty.

Peerless reels are available in both classic and raised pillar design.

Models and Pricing

Raised Pillar Models: All feature straight handles, except the Model 77.

Model 77:  at 2 1/2" in diameter and 4.2 oz, a gem of a small reel! with a 1/2 handle and for up to 3 wt line. $649 plus shipping.

Model 7M:  at 2 3/4" and 4.7 oz, M stands for midge, and this reel is a good choice for up to line weight 4, with space for plenty of backing. $649 plus shipping.

Classic Design Reels: All have serpentine handles.

Model 1A: 2 3/4' x 1 5/32", 4.6 oz. for lines up to DT 4 plus backing. Adjustable drag knob on back plate. $649 plus shipping.

Model 1 1/2:  3" x 1 5/32. Similar to the 1A, but a tad heavier at 4.8 oz. For up to DT5 line and backing. $649 plus shipping.

Model 2A: 3 1/4" x 1 5/32, 5.3 oz. For up to DT6 plus backing. $649 plus shipping.

Model3A: 3 1/4" x 1 5/8", 5.5 oz. For up to 8WF and backing. $649 plus shipping.

Model 4A Spey:  4 1/2" x 1 5/8", 8 oz. Massive capacity: Up to WF 11 plus 160 yards backing. $729 plus shipping.

The next two Salmon models feature the same drag syatem as employed in the Edward Vom Hofe salmon reels- an oil impregnated leather that applies pressure to the running spool. In additon to this drag, there's a click and pawl system so there's no possibility of free spooling. In addition, there is a click-in and click -out switch.

Model 5: 3 1/4" x 1 3/4", 8 oz. rated for WF7 and 180 yards of backing. Fantastic steelhead or light salmon reel. Specify L or R hand retrieve. $929 plus shipping.

Model 6: 3 1/2" x 2", 9.8 oz. capacity is WF9 and 240 yards of 30 lb. backing..enough to handle just about any fish! Specify L or R hand retrieve. $929 plus shipping.
